To support delivery of our products and services, NeuroFlow may engage and use data processors (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.
NeuroFlow currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide client relationship management services and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, NeuroFlow performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
NeuroFlow maintains an up-to-date list below of the names and locations of all Subprocessors. This list may change as our business grows and evolves. Please check back for updates.

|Zendesk||Zendesk is NeuroFlow’s ticketing system and knowledge base for client and end user support. Zendesk has access to the email addresses and email content of clients and users who utilize our support functionality.|
|GoToWebinar||NeuroFlow uses GoToWebinar to host webinars. GoToWebinar collects contact information for attendees and registrants. |
|DocuSign||NeuroFlow uses DocuSign for electronic document signatures. DocuSign has access to email addresses of those sent documents to sign.|
|Typeform||NeuroFlow uses Typeform to dispense assessments through our website. Typeform has access to contact information and answers of those who have filled out an assessment.|
