We’re proud to share that NeuroFlow has been named to Fierce Healthcare’s 2026 Fierce15 — an annual recognition of leading innovators in healthcare.
Fierce Healthcare selects Fierce15 honorees from across the industry, spanning primary care, health technology, and new care models. Past winners have included companies like CityBlock Health, Cricket Health, Civica Rx, and more. Being recognized alongside these innovative companies reflects the importance of our mission — making behavioral health a part of physical health care in all care settings, ensuring patients get the care they need when they need it most.
What the Fierce15 Recognizes
Now in its eighth year, the Fierce15 program highlights companies making demonstrable contributions to healthcare’s evolution. This year’s honorees were selected from hundreds of organizations reviewed by Fierce Healthcare’s editorial team, with selection criteria focused on innovative approaches, real-world impact, and the ability to move the industry forward.
“Year after year, these honorees remind us that the future of healthcare is being built right now,” said Ayla Ellison, Editor-in-Chief of Fierce Life Sciences and Healthcare.
What We’re Building — and Why It Matters
At NeuroFlow, our focus has always been on embedding behavioral health intelligence and coordination where care actually happens — inside the EHR workflows, care management platforms, and clinical systems health systems and health plans already use. When healthcare organizations have this level of insight, they can make an impact on the metrics that matter, including improved quality performance and lower total care costs.
A study conducted with Independence Blue Cross, published in the American Journal of Managed Care, found that members engaged with NeuroFlow experienced 68% higher outpatient behavioral health utilization, 36% faster time to first behavioral health care, 43% fewer inpatient behavioral health admissions. These shifts in utilization contributed to a $28PMPM total medical cost savings.
At Bergen New Bridge Medical Center — New Jersey’s largest hospital and a safety net hospital — NeuroFlow contributed to a 14x increase in behavioral health screening and follow up rates, enabling earlier identification and faster connections to care. This increased teh hospital’s performance in QIP-NJ, a pay-for-performance program that incentivizes care quality and outcomes.
Looking Ahead
This recognition energizes our team and reinforces why we do this work. Millions of people across the country need behavioral health support, and the health systems and health plans serving them need tools that actually integrate, scale, and deliver — without adding burden to already-strained care teams.
In 2026, NeuroFlow will double down on AI with a focus on clinical next best action and deepened investment in behavioral health analytics – leading with real impact that is actionable within clinical workflows. Our goal is to help payers and providers make better population health decisions and implement stronger risk management strategies.
We’re grateful to Fierce Healthcare for this recognition, and to the healthcare organizations who trust NeuroFlow to help them deliver on this mission.
