NeuroFlow, the market leader in technology and services for behavioral health integration, announces the appointment of Mark McAdoo to the company’s board of directors.
McAdoo currently serves as an executive partner with Health Enterprise Partners, a leading healthcare private equity firm. With NeuroFlow, he will support strategic decision-making and leverage his extensive network to help the company maximize its impressive growth trajectory. The serial healthcare technology entrepreneur has successfully scaled and sold four business ventures in the last 20 years.
“Having had the privilege of getting to know Mark personally for the last few years, counting him as a member of the NeuroFlow team is a huge win for us,” said NeuroFlow Chief Executive Officer Chris Molaro. “He understands the long game of managing growth and is aligned with our vision of creating a better delivery system for healthcare organizations trying to bridge the gap between mental and physical health.”
McAdoo is also the founder of SourcEdge Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm offering strategies for core operational transformation and other technology integration initiatives. Prior to this role, he was the senior vice president of value based payment solutions at Change Healthcare.
“The need for better behavioral health solutions is at an all-time high,” said McAdoo. “The NeuroFlow team understands the unique challenges around behavioral health as well as how a combination of technology and services can help providers and organizations deliver better, integrated care.”
Since raising a $20M Series B investment in January, NeuroFlow has partnered with major organizations including Health First, Capital BlueCross, and Prudential. To date, the company supports over 1,600 care providers, spanning complex health systems to major branches of the U.S. military, in delivering collaborative, integrated care at scale.
